Plugin install failed

    I’m trying to reinstall wp with e-commerce and now I get the message that it already exists:

    Destination folder already exists. /customers/0/d/a/popboutique.se/httpd.www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/

    Plugin install failed.

    I have tried to delete the old folder via ftp but it doesnt help!

    Advice anyone?!
