Everything Did Not Transfer Over

I just bought bluehost and am trying to transfer my wordpress.com blog to wordpress.org. I did the export (from wordpress.com) to import (of wordpress.org), but everything didn’t transfer–four of my posts are missing and the theme and widgets didn’t transfer. I’m VERY new to all of this stuff so perhaps this is a silly question, but I would love some guidance.
