• Hi,
I had WordPress.com blog, and then I added the blog to my new WordPress.org website (to maintain the blog).
    this is the link
    http://immamommy.com/my-blog/
since I have the new website my subscribers do not get my posts, except this one:
    http://immamommy.com/2011/07/03/snowflake/
I switched to the new website on April, and my programmer moved all subscribers to the new website.
programmer keep saying everything is ok, but I KNOW no one gets it (even me!!!!)
    Help???
    Thanks,
    Noa

WordPress.org installs can’t, natively, email posts.

    You’d need a plugin like http://subscribe2.wordpress.com/

    Thanks,
1st I need to correct, I have 3.1.1 version on my website.
    2. the programmer did use the subscribe 2 widget.

Is it configured correctly and turned on?

is it going to be too much to ask how to check it?
    Thanks so much!

this is how he configured it:
    Notification Settings
    Send Emails for Pages: No
Send Emails for Password Protected Posts: No
Send Emails for Private Posts: No
    Send Emails: For each Post
Send Digest Notification at:12am This option will be ignored if the time selected is not in the future in relation to the current time
Here he didn’t choose anything–> For digest notifications, date order for posts is: Descending Ascending

    Excluded Categories
    – nothing checked
Allow registered users to subscribe to excluded categories? check

    Appearance
this is the only one that is checked:
Show the Subscribe2 button on the Write toolbar?

    Auto Subscribe
Subscribe new users registering with your blog: No
Auto-subscribe includes any excluded categories: No
Registration Form option is checked by default: No

    Thanks
