Export List of Posts & associated metadata?

Right now I’m planning to enter post titles, author, tags, creation/pub dates, etc., in a spreadsheet so I can keep track of the overall flow of the blog. Before doing so, I wonder if there’s a way to automate this process — i.e., export the data as a post is created.
