Advanced Contact Form

Hi,

The person I’m building a website for is wanting a contact form like the one found here:

http://www.pineforgeacademyalumni.org/contact/

where you select the recipient from a drop down list. Anyone know of a plugin that could do this? would Gravity Forms do it?
