Add Reply link to my theme

Hi there !
i design templates with the old method ( versions before 2.7.x )
but now i want to use the new features of these new versions .. The first one ( i want to add “Reply” in each comment to quote this one )
1- the simple one
2- and the one like that ( http://themes.mikemcalister.com/wp/FreshStart/hello-world-3 ) ” click on reply “
anyone have a way to do that ?!!
