TNG/Wordpress Integration
Are you actually using WP 3.1.4 or are you on the latest 3.2.1?
I’m on 3.1.4 and until I’ve solved a number of problems can’t think of upgrading.
See my site here:

That’s a bit of a logical fallacy. Many of your problems may actually be caused from the fact that you haven’t upgraded.
Either way, that plugin’s not been upgraded for 5 major releases of WP, so it’s very possible that it no longer works. The other likely cause is it’s conflicting with another plugin.
The plugin has been updated and we’re testing it right now.
In addition my host is running php 5.2.16, which is not supported by 3.2

No, you’re wrong there. WP 3.2 requires 5.2.4 or higher. 16 is higher than 4 π
Ok Folks,
Now running under WP 3.2. Theme Twenty Eleven and everything works as expected.
However when I use the Elegant Themes the site breaks!
Elegant Themes are adament it is not their themes, so can anyone point me in the right direction?
Those are premium themes (i.e. you pay to get ’em) so in THEORY you paid for some level of support. “Wasn’t me” is a great response. :/
Are you using the latest and greatest version of their theme, unedited?
Yes the theme is the latest version and I hav’nt edited anything.
Theory is great. And one of the reasons I went with Elegant Themes was that they tell us their support is excellent..
In reality, any response is slow, depends on the whim of the team member, and consists of “turn off all plugins”
I consider this to be inadequate and unreasonable, but tht doesn’t change the fact that after ten days I am still no nearer getting my site working.
they’ll be getting some bad publicity on these forums if my site doesn’t work soon though.
Turning off all plugins is a valid first step in troubleshooting most issues.
Maybe, but I’ve been there, and need the site to work. The plugin is easy to blame, but if it works with the default themes then it is likely the paid theme is handling things differently, and I consider it reasonable to expect their support crew would at least be interested in resolving any conflict.
Elegant Themes are supposedly professional and their products look great, but I repeat, their support is rubbish.
