Pages Catalogue?

Greetings! I would like to add catalogues of pages based on categories, as show in the image below.

Each image links to a page.

I’m not even certain of the appropriate terminology. Is there a way to do this? I’ve created my pages with Custom Press and assigned hierarchical categories.
