I am fixed !

I have a wp blog version 2.6.2 with own url (registered in my name). The server is of a friend of mine i have server username and password but i dont have link to server cpanel login. All i can do is wordpress login but no server end side login. Therefore i exported the xml file of wp but that i suppose doesnt contain all of my 350+ posts and images and all that. Now i want to move my site to new server, what shall i do ?

I can get logged in via filezilla but i dont find database there (i have more than 350 posts). Is there any way out. The Manual on wordpress.org regarding server move tells to get root directories, but i cant get that via filezilla ftp. Is there any way out?
