Non Flash Video Player compatible with 3.2.1

    As simple as that, I need a non flash video player that’s compatible with WP 3.2.1. Yes, I have searched through the plugin directory, the result is disappointing.
    The only plugin, (I have seen) that works with 3.2.1 is Videopress. But it’s worse than incompatible, it’s broken and I have no idea why. I thought at least something produced by the WP team should be running. Guess I was wrong. If there are any suggestions, please let me know.

    PS: I have gone through at least 20 players, haven’t seen anything fitting yet.
