[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Images do not display.

This site was built a bit ago and all was good. Now, when we try to upload new images, they do not display. I have checked the permissions, but they seem correct? Please see what I mean here:

Look at the image that is not displaying. It has been resized, checked for color, etc. I even used other images. Please help.
