[Plugin: Social Connect] Won't load Javascript in theme

Hi,
As per instructions from Social Connect, I’ve added the plugin to this part of my theme:

http://ahhelp.me/ask-a-question/

But for some reason, it won’t work… it works fine on the wordpress login page:

http://ahhelp.me/wp-login.php

Any idea how I can fix it asap? Thanks.
