Problem with links changing

I have a problems with links to another site being automatically changed on a specific post. The post is http://endtimeprophet2012.com/2011/06/sunspot-cycles-human-excitability-recessions/ and the site is http/finalbookofdaniel.com/. All links to the site get changed to post+url. Example http://endtimeprophet2012.com/2011/06/sunspot-cycles-human-excitability-recessions/http//finalbookofdaniel.com/kosovo.html

When I try to edit the post, either directly or through broken link changer to just url, they get changed back a minute later.

I thought it was the SEO plugin doing it so I tried disabling it, then I changed it, but it hasn’t stopped the behavior. I’m using All-in-One SEO pack right now, was using SEO Ultimate. Also using Broken Link Checker, Pretty Links Lite, Redirection, Jetpack, WP Render Blogroll Links and other plugins.
