W3TC Killed Plugins

    The latest update to W3TC killed my plugins.

    I got a

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /wp-content/plugins/twitter-widget-pro/wp-twitter-widget.php on line 36

    error, so I deleted the twitter widget, but it just got worse and worse and I couldn’t access my site until I went on and manually deleted the entire W3TC folder from the wp-content folder.

    Now I can’t access any of my plugins from the “Manage Plugins” panel. The sites working but I need to modify the plugins. What can I do to get my plugins panel back?
