Review Page Plugin

Hi,
I’ve looked into several review plugins but all of them are for the entire website. I need a plugin that I can add to a single page and review phones (allow rating and comments by visitors as well). Which plugin would you guys recommend?

I really like how Engadget has their review page set up:

Of course I don’t expect to find anything similar to that, just something to meet the requirements I’ve described above. Thanks!
