wp-mail.php

I’m not sure if I’m supposed to change the code or something to connect somewhere to my email – other than in the Options>Miscellaneous email settings, but when I try to run the wp-mail.php, I get the following error: ‘Ooops POP3 connect: Error [65] [No route to host]’.

Are there some settings somewhere that I need to change to get the blogging by email to work for me? It’s not working now.

I’ve looked in the Codex and, unfortunately, that page was at Nuclear Moose’s site and I see that he has left wordpress.

Can anyone help without telling me to do a search, since I’ve already done a search and not found the answer.
