• Hello,

I downloaded the plugin frontpage-slideshow and I’m really happy with it. It does exactly what I want in Firefox and Chrome. The only problem is that it doesn’t work in Internet Explorer 8 and 9. Take a look at these screenshots:
    Firefox example: Click!
    IE9 example: Click!

I saw there were more topics on this matter here, but none of them seem to be resolved. When I go to debugging in IE9 it gives the following errors in de console:

SEC7115: :visited and :link styles can only differ by color. Some styles were not applied to :visited.
    nieuw.thuis-trainen.nl
LOG: [cycle] unknown transition: default ; slideshow terminating
LOG: [cycle] terminating; too few slides: 1

The first one is probably some kind of CSS error of my website, the other two are plugin-related, maybe they are the cause of the problem. But how do I fix them?

    Thanks in advance!

  • this problem has already been answered 🙂 use px instead of %… in some cases, IE don’t like it at all

    Dear jeff_,

Thanks for your reply. I didn’t see that solution anywhere, but it seems to be working 🙂 thank you, saved me a lot of hassle…

    Greetings!

The latest version (0.9.9.3.5) uses px per default now.
