e-commerce plugin

What I am looking for is an e-commerce plug for wordpress, obviously, that does NOT process an actual transaction automatically. I am doing a website for a small collegiate summer league baseball team. All order fulfillment would be done in house. What I want to do is take in the orders on the website and then manually process the credit cards through our in house merchant account. Thanks!
