Password Plugin Question

I’ve spent days looking for a WP password plug in that will perform as follows: Upon entering your user name and password, you will be directed to your own individual unique secure account page that only you can access.

This is the same type of action you experience at your host, online store, your bank, broker, power company etc. It’s probably the most used password format anywhere.

What am I overlooking???
