Yep, that’s a good idea. Although I do think there is “space” for both as having more than one solution is good for driving improvements. As the WPS developer I still have some BuddyPress powered websites from before I started WPS, but because of the time-consuming amount of work developing it and developing it, started WPS.

yeah ,thanks. just remembered mingle is also a contender and should be compared to as well…. I’ll have a look at those links and give them a read.
