Flickr Gallery plugin

I’m having a problem with the gallery.php. I placed the gallery.php file into the default themes folder, but when I do so , I get the error messages below. I can fix this by placing the gallery.php I placed in default themes into the specific theme I’m using, but then the formatting is wrong. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
