WordPress not recognizing short code

I’ve tried this plugin on two different WordPress pages. It works great one one but the short code doesn’t show up in the other.

It looks fine in the preview window of the Frontpage Slideshow – Option page on url but the code isn’t recognized when I load it in the page. I’ve removed all the other plugins but that doesn’t help (see example below)

I’m using the exact same layout on the site below and it shows up just perfectly

I’ve gone over everything but can’t find why one works and one doesn’t. Thanks for your help.
