Fashion Peal Theme

Someone…anyone…please help me configure this theme to work for my website…Jolieme.com. To upload pictures it says to enter certain information in custom fields within every post. I don’t understand this. What custom fields? Please help. I can’t see how to change the name from Fashion and Lifstyle to JolieMe.Com. I can’t see how to change Fashion Tips to another more appropriate heading. Please help me.
