mistyqe: What version of PHP are you running?

I am having the same problem after moving wordpress from a sub-folder to the root of my domain. PHP4 is what is running today.

I have deleted the plugin via WP-admin and in the directory and then transferred the install folder back and activated it again and same error.

wildgift: CSV Importer is not compatible with PHP4. WordPress will be dropping PHP4 support in the near future: http://wordpress.org/news/2010/07/eol-for-php4-and-mysql4/
