I’ve tried using their email address here on my profile and their Gravatar shows up correctly with no issues. I defaulted back to the Twenty Ten template and the same issue is occurring there so it’s not a template problem. I also deleted the user and re-added them still with no luck. Any other ideas?

All,
I’ve got a site that has multiple admins. All of the admin email addresses have Gravatar accounts and all Gravatar account email addresses match the wp email addresses associated with the account.
Settings > Discussion is setup to “Show”, Max Rating of “G”, and “Gravatar Logo”. I’ve tried the rating at each setting.
Ratings are all G for the Gravatars for each email address.
One of the admin’s Gravatar shows up correctly in their profile, on comments and in the comments section of the dashboard.
The other admin’s gravatar simply doesn’t load anywhere except their profile picture in the “Users” section of the dashboard.
I’ve run out of ideas? Anybody have any?
