Shortcodes won't work.

My shortcodes won’t function at all on the site that I am building. For some reason, they aren’t being parsed correctly. I am running the current version of WordPress and you can see the page that is giving me problems here – http://www.guilt-free-goodness.com/blog/shopping-cart

I am new to theme design, and it has been a long process for me to learn. I wouldn’t be surprised if I left something out of the code that has broken the shortcodes. It doesn’t matter what plugins I try, none of the shortcodes work. If you need to see the source code I will post it, but I cannot for the life of me find out what is going wrong. And to make it worse, I have a deadline rapidly approaching and I only have a week to figure this out. Can someone please help me?
