    Hello
    Is there any other methods to view contact information other than send them to admin email or download them as csv format (i.e retrieve data form the WP admin panel as recored, like what happen in help desk systems)…..

    No.
    This is a free generic plugin and it would be impossible to give an admin panel than suited everyones needs, so we give you the option to download so you can use it in any package you want.
