Hye, i wanna ask that wp 3.1.3 have a problem with the Dashboard sturcture?

Yeah, this is all wrong. Try reinstalling 3.1.3 again as you may have caught an error during the last update.

i already re-install 3.1.3 for twice… but the problem still not solve
