Hi,
I would like to have a very plain format for comments on my site. What do I need to edit so that I can:
a) specifify the background color behind all comments b) specify the text color of all comments, usernames, dates of posting, etc.
Is this done in the CSS or PHP?

Can anyone point me to where in the CSS I should look and what to change?
