Video Thumbnails – Plugin related query

    Hi,
    I am new to wordpress.org. I am really excited because within few days i was able to create a wonderful site of my taste using a premium themes.

    But I am very amateur. I know little bit of HTML and i have understood how to use the wordpress admin page. But i need help to achieve few things.

    I have found this Video Thumbnails plugin. Not sure if this is what am looking for.

    In the MOTION menu of my website, I would like to show case video thumbnails in the bottom and when it’s chosed it plays that video on the top.

    Could someone please assist me on this? I basically have my videos uploaded in Vimeo and Youtube.
