[Plugin: Facebook Connect] Multisite subfolder install issue

I run a multisite with sub-folder installed and have the plugin activated sitewide, all pointing to the same app, and it works perfect except for one issue. When people who haven’t registered on the site before are connecting via facebook they are only being registered for that site.

Normally if they were to register via wordpress for my site they would be registered for the entire network and would see the global dashboard when they login. Now they are only being registered for the specific site and seing only that sites dashboard when they log in.

Here is my wp-signups table from myphpadmin, the ones with a:0:{} are those who registered through wordpress and are registered to the entire network of sites, the others are those signed up via the plugin and are only registered for that one site. Any advice on how to change this?
