Changing my themes RSS url

My theme has social media built in at the top right with a RSS feed icon. The url is http://mmavalor.com/feed/ but I’d like it to be http://feeds.feedburner.com/mmavalor but cannot figure out to change it.
He is my website: http://www.mmavalor.com
