Can I use API key for two WP blogs?

    Hi, I have a couple of WP blogs and I just installed WordPress.com stats on one. It asked for the API key and I put in my API from a different blog.

    It accepted it but also warned that this key was used for another blog and asked me would I like to activate THIS blog. So I said yes and off it went.

    But at no point did I get a fresh API key for this new blog. So, do you reckon it’s going to use the other blog’s key? Does it even matter?
