Uploading video into blog posts..

Hi, I’ve got some questions about the Themes in the Theme Repository:

I’ve found a few that I may like to use, but I wanted to ask about videos. I want to make sure I can upload videos. Does anyone have any plug-ins they could recommend to me that allow me as the administrator to upload videos that can be shown there in blog entries?
