Is there such a theme available?

Hi. I am looking for a (preferably free) WP Theme that looks similar to that

menu
3 columns on top
5 section boxes below
footer

Somewhat similar to http://www.umontreal.ca/

Ideally, on homepage, I would have the 5 sections on the bottom each one a different color. Then, for each sections, the pages should have a standard layout (menu, content, footer), just color coded.

The section boxes could be similar to http://www.umontreal.ca/ or http://www.jppsbialik.ca/

Is there such a theme available? Does anyone have a suggestion?
