Dashboard Tool – phpMyAdmin hacked

A near-dormant blog got hacked. I was able to recover the site, and using a direct login to my phpadmin, was able to recover my admin password and get back into my dashboard.

I’ve upgraded to WP 3.1.2, changed the security keys, changed the passwords, but when I’m in the dashboard & go to the “tools/phpmyadmin”, I get the hacker’s screen and can’t access it.

Any thoughts about how to recover that?
