PHP safe mode is on error

    Hi,
    backWPup this looks a great plugin but I am getting an error message while making a backup. I have a dropbox account, that looks all fine.
    I am getting this two messages:
    [WARNING] PHP Safe Mode is on!!! Can not increase Memory Limit is 64M
    and
    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/vhosts/mydomain/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/app/backwpup_dojob.php on line 708

    please advice me what to do
