Error 6?

    I keep having problems every time either facebook or wpbook updates to where nothing will post to my wall. The error code is below. Any ideas?

    @davidbickley I have not seen this before, but given the error provided “name lookup timed out” I suspect that for one reason or another the server on which your blog is hosted can’t find facebook in DNS, or Facebook can’t find your blog.

    The error is coming from the Facebook PHP client, which in turn I suspect is using cURL to contact Facebook.

    (It’s cURL which treats name lookup timeout as Error 6)

    See if your hosting provider is aware of any name lookup issues on your web host.
