    more info :

    I use WP 3.0.5 on a Windows 2008 R2 Server

    the FTP server is for testing on the same server

    go to the settings page of the plugin.
    under “backup output settings” change the backup filename
    to a filename like “backup”.
    save the settings and try again, it should work now.

    I changed the name to “backup” but I get always the same message
