Can't log in

My log in is really messed up. None of my passwords work. My website is http://leadershipconceptsgroup.com/

I also have some pages with special passwords and those aren’t working either. At one point my webhost had issues but those are resolved. Can I change passwords for WordPress within myphp?

Is there a backdoor to WordPress to change passwords/logins?
