Try a manual re-install of the WordPress files (though since we cannot SEE the back end of your site, it’s hard to do more than guess).

I would also turn off all my plugins.

Never post login details in a public forum. I strongly recommend that you change your password immediately.

You can carry out a manual re-upload of all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

You can also deactivate all plugins by FTP.

Rename the plugins folder via FTP or your webhost control panel.

Do you know how to FTP into your server, or use a file manager program from your webhost’s control panel?

    How did you install WordPress?

Yes i do know how to Ftp into my server and I do know how to use file manager. I installed wordpress with fantastico.

To be more specific I do not know where the exact files are that I am supposed to upload. And I do not know exactly where to upload them to.

    Okay, read this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update

You can apply the manual update at any time without loss of data.
