Adding a theme

Hi, I am very new to this so I apologise if this question has been asked before.

I have just set up wordpress through the one click function on 123 reg. It has installed fine (I think) and the control panel gives me these options:

* Blog
* Administrative interface
* Upload theme
* Upload plugin

However, if I click any of them it just leads to http://81.21.76.62/norfolk-wildlife-photography.co.uk/index.html which says “unable to retrieve results”.

Can anyone help me out? It’s possible I am doing something very simple wrong. I want to upload a theme which I have just purchased (http://www.pixelthemestudio.ca/wordpress-themes-and-joomla-templates/222-layers-theme) and start getting things set up but I’m stumped at this early starting point!!!
