show Google Doc inside post

I have a part of a Google spreadsheet, that I would like to insert in a blog post.

The spreadsheets fields change upon new / changed data entries but also with the passing of easch month, so it has to look up the spreadsheet every time the post is loaded. Static jsut isn`t good enough.

Can this be done without plugins?
