Posting to multiple pages based on category

Hello,

I would really appreciate some help here as I’ve thrown many hours at it. I am trying to use my website(www.thenewshq.com) as a newsource and when i post an article about Sports, I would like it to be posted to the home page and to the Sports Page. Same with the Health and there will be many more down the road once I have this figured out. I’ve seen other WordPress sites that do this, but I have no idea how. My theme does allow for a custom menu but i’ve tried everything and still can’t get it to work. I am a Newb when it comes to writing code, where to write it, how to write it etc., so if you do have a solution please be detailed. I am using version 3.1.2, so let me know if i have to downgrade to a different version, that is fine with me. Please see website for example and I thank you for your time.

I’ve tried doing it through categories and through the lists category posts plugin. Help!
