Creating An Archive Page

Greetings,

I’m using the plugin ‘page-list’ 1.2.0 http://web-profile.com.ua/wordpress/plugins/page-list/
to create an archive page for http://www.aware-ness.net/archives.

So far the only shortcode I’m using is [pagelist].

I have three ‘categories’ that I’d like to be able to
use as headers with the sub-categories below.

the awareness principle

the new yoga

tantric wisdom for today’s world

I’ve tried a few of the suggested shortcodes in the ‘othernotes’
section of the documentation but haven’t discovered a solution.

Any suggestions on how to do this would be appreciated.
