Main IE and Firefox structure problems?

I hate it when i’ve been builidng a site up, making it how I like and testing in firefox. Then after a few hours work it’ll dawn on me I should give it a test in IE. So I do and usually there are a million problems but not this time. It was fine except for one thing, some spacing and allignment issues on the first post, and the first post only! The rest were fine! Explain to me how something that is IN THE LOOP can be messed up on only one post!
