Importing issues

    Ok I’m trying to transfer an old wp blog to a new one. I exported my xml file and imported to the new one with NO problems… but after 1 day ALL my photos were gone but the rest of the content was still there. The photos show as undefined.

    I tried deleting all posts to re-upload the xml file but even though I’ve deleted it I guess all the content is still there b/c it’s not letting me re-upload the file b/c it’s saying it’s still there.

    THEN I tried uploading the xml file onto another wp site I have and everything imported and it said it was importing media BUT now it’s the same thing. All photos show as undefined. I’m not sure what else to do? What could this be?

    Did you find a solution to this, as I also have this issue. Actually when I export from the original site on an old server, save it, import to the new site on a new server, it says import of media failed. It sounds like you have a similar issue. If any one can help me out I would really appreciate it as I have nearly 1000 pictures to import and get attached to the appropriate post. Help, help!
