Adding Repeating Items

Hello.

Wondering if someone could help me with this. I’ve had a quick search, but am not too sure what i’m actually searching for, so will explain it here…

Basically, i’m making a portfolio site, and am trying to work out the best way to add new items (an image with some rollover text) as and when necessary, without going into the HTML.

The only thing I can think of would be to use it as a blog, i.e. every time I want to add a new item to my portfolio page, I write a post…however i’m already using the blog functionality…

So, is this possible/the best way to do this??
