[Plugin: WP External Links] Template Conflict; Menus Removed

When enabling the plug-in, all external links open in a “_blank” window, but several of our menu items were removed from our custom menu(s) when activating the plug-in. Upon deactivation of the plug-in, all menu items were restored to their configuration.

Any thoughts as to if this is a WordPress 3.1.2 issue or conflict with our theme (London Live 3 In 1: http://themeforest.net/item/london-live-3-in-1-news-magazine-and-blog/154462?ref=tudose)?
