Sufficient Permissions Error

    I’m usually pretty good at solving these issues quickly – but not today. Technology is NOT my friend.

    I’m not sure if the error began with an update of WordPress or the install of a plugin.

    When I attempt to access posts or pages (the error ONLY occurs there) I get the following error:

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

    I tried the forced upgrade – and found mostly instructions that are 2-3 years old. I don’t trust following fixes that are that old.

    Anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

    My good mood is rapidly declining

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
